The Cobra Energy Drink Ironman 70.3 Asia Pacific Championships presented by Ford will be aired live via streaming when it is held Aug. 7 in Cebu City, marking the first time that such webcast of a premier triathlon will be done in the country.
The organizing Sunrise Events, Inc. said the live broadcast of the event over the internet using the streaming media technology will give triathlon fans and enthusiasts outside of Cebu the rare chance to get to feel the action in the keenly-awaited swim-bike-run featuring some of the world’s top triathletes.
SEI is targeting 2 million viewership worldwide. For live streaming, courtesy of Globe Telecom, log on to www.ironman.com.
