MUTUAL FEELING – Always a pleasure to see and talk to Ai-Ai de las Alas, exuding a very pleasant aura. She had lunch with media members at Victorino’s in QC, where Ai-Ai renewed endorsement contract with Hobe Bihon, represented by its president, Bobby Co.
Bobby’s mighty pleased with Ai-Ai, extending their partnership up to 2017, noting Hobe Bihon’s good sales. In no time, there will be a TV commercial and nationwide promotional campaign.
The feeling is mutual, “Mabait naman si Bobby Co sa akin, very supportive of my projects. At talaga namang masarap ang Hobe Bihon.”

FEEDING – Ai-Ai’s many projects include a feeding program for poor children with the help of her son Sancho, a chef.
Of course, Ai-Ai and Sancho use the noodle products of Hobe Bihon, which the kids love.
Ai-Ai is a constant benefactor of the convent of Mother Teresa in Tondo and is ever ready to help priests in need.
To date, Ai-Ai is the “guardian angel” of troubled actor Jiro Manio, confined in rehab program in the province.

‘YES!’ MAG – As always, Ai-Ai de las Alas is on the list of Yes! 100 Most Beautiful Stars. She falls under the box-office stars category, along with Vic Sotto, Vice Ganda, John Lloyd Cruz, and Bea Alonzo.
Let’s read what “Yes!” has to say.
Philippine Comedy Queen Ai-Ai de las Alas remains a force to reckon with.
Even after the big career move last year, with her transfer from ABS-CBN to rival network GMA, she hasn’t stopped doing well at the box office, which she ruled through three incarnations of the film franchise “Ang Tanging Ina.”
In the 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival, “My Bebe Love: #KiligPaMore” – the comedy in which she was paired with Vic Sotto, and which co-starred the phenomenal tandem of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza – was one of the top grossers.
Currently, Ai-Ai is shooting a movie for Regal Films titled “My Mighty Yaya,” directed by Jose Javier Reyes and co-starring Sofia Andres, Zoren Legaspi, and Miss World 2013 Megan Young.
On television, Ai-Ai continues to unleash her comedic skill as she co-hosts the top-rating Sunday noontime show “Sunday PINASaya.” She has also just started a new sitcom, “Hay, Bahay!” where she is reunited with Vic Sotto.
At 51, Ai-Ai looks youthful. Her new beauty regimen she revealed to PEP.ph, is: No meat and no dairy products; just stick to chicken breast and soya milk. And to go by her relationship with boyfriend Gerald Sibayan, it looks like Ai-Ai’s success at the box office extends to her private life. (End of “Yes!” write up.)
She has another movie, the indie “Area,” which tackles prostitution.
