Ngayon, hindi niyo na kailangan pang mag-isip kung ano ang dapat ihanda para maisakatuparan ito dahil ituturo ko kung paano lutuin ang isang kakaiba at masarap na Paella Style Dish. Kahit na nagmula ang recipe na ito sa bansang Spain, hindi pa rin ito nawawala sa listahan ng mga paboritong lutuin at kainin ng mga Pilipino dahil sa all-in-one na sarap at sustansya nito. Ingredients:
3 pcs boneless chicken thigh
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc white onion, chopped
3 pcs chorizo bilbao, sliced
1 tsp paprika
1 pc red bell pepper, sliced
1 tsp paprika
1 pc red bell pepper, sliced
60 g tomato paste
750 ml chicken stock
300 g paella rice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
100 g frozen green peas
200 g prawns, cleaned and trimmed
1 pc lemon, cut into wedges
1 tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Procedure:
1. Turn casserole in low heat, add olive oil and sauté garlic, onion, chorizo bilbao, chicken and paprika, stir for 5 minutes. Add red bell pepper and tomato paste. Add rice and mix.
2. Add chicken stock, salt and black pepper. Turn to medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes. Stir regularly. Add water if needed until rice is cooked through.
3. Add in green peas and shrimp, cover until shrimp are cooked through.
4. Season with salt and black pepper. Add parsley over paella and serve with lemon wedges.
