The spokesman of the Philippine Army said yesterday that four of the 13 Army personnel who failed the mandatory drug test conducted on July 5 have failed the confirmatory test and will be discharged from the service.
Army Col. Benjamin Hao said the four who are all enlisted personnel will be discharged dishonorably and will not receive any benefits.
He added that three of the four Army personnel have a rank of corporal while the other has a rank of staff sergeant.
Hao added that the confirmatory test was conducted by the National Rehabilitation Testing Center. “Definitely, they will be discharged dishonorably. They will not received any benefits,” Hao said. (FTW)
