Ngayong araw, maghahanda tayo ng isang simple ngunit mas pinasarap na home-made dessert na siguradong magpapasaya sa inyong pamilya – ang Grapes Coated with Cream Cheese and Cashew Nuts. Samahan pa ito ng pagmamahal habang niluluto at siguradong wala nang mas tatamis pa sa pagsasama ng inyong buong pamilya.
Ingredients:
250 g seedless grapes
2 tbsp mayonnaise
250 g cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cup cashew nuts, toasted and finely chopped
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Season with salt and black pepper.
2. Add grapes and gently stir grapes and roll each grape into balls.
3. Dredge cream cheese grape balls to cashew nuts evenly.
Pacencia Filled with Colored Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
Chocolate Cream Cheese
250 g cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 tsp cocoa powder
1. In a blender, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add cocoa powder and chocolate syrup. Mix until combined.
2. Refrigerate. Fill Pacencia with chocolate cream cheese
Berry Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
250 g cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
½ cup strawberry jam
Procedure:
1. In a blender, beat cream cheese until smooth. Combine cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar and strawberry jam. Mix until smooth.
2. Refrigerate. Fill Pacencia with strawberry cream cheese.
Minted Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
250 g cream cheese, softened
¼ cup fresh mint leaves, sliced
2 tbsp butter, softened
Ground black pepper to taste
1. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add mint and mix again. Season with black pepper to taste. Refrigerate. Fill Pacencia with minted cream cheese.
