The Braves tangle with the Letran Squires at 9 a.m. while the defending seven-time champion Red Cubs battle the University of Perpetual Help Junior Altas at 10:45 a.m.
Arellano and San Beda remain tied for the lead with identical 11-1 records.
Third-running Mapua, a game behind the two teams at 10-2, aims to boost its own Final Four ambition against Lyceum (6-5) at 12:30 p.m. CSB-La Salle Greenhills (9-3) faces struggling San Sebastian (1-11) at 2:15 p.m. before Jose Rizal University (2-10) meets winless Emilio Aguinaldo College (0-11) at 4 p.m.
Arellano is seeking its third straight win since losing to CSB-LSGH late in the first round, but is favored to beat Letran after prevailing in the first meeting, 87-75, last July 14.
The deadly trio of Guilmer Dela Torre, Lars Sunga and Aaron Fermin is expected to lead the Braves anew after averaging combined 43 points a game, but the Knights have Rhayniel David, Kobe Monje and Keifer Cordero.
