The treasurer of Barangay Poblacion, Sta. Catalina, Ilocos Sur was shot dead in front of his house Tuesday.
Chief Insp. Greg Guerrero, spokesperson of the Ilocos Sur police, said Thursday that the victim Glenford Polanco, 34, was having a conversation with his brother and guests when a man arrived and shot Polanco twice in the head.
The suspect fled while the victim was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead. (Freddie G. Lazaro)
