ISULAN, Sultan Kudarat – Matagumpay na pinasabog ng mga bomb exports ang halos anim na tonelada ng dinamita noong Huwebes na nakumpiska sa isang abandonadong mining site sa Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat.
Ayon kay Supt. Raul Supiter, Sultan Kudarat police provincial director, may basbas ang Camp Crame at PNP Regional Office 12 ang ginawang pagpapasabog na kinakailangan nang gawin upang makaiwas sa anumang aksidente.
Ginawa ang pagpapasbog ng mahigit 36,000 dynamite sticks sa isang ilog na malayo sa komunidad. “There was an urgent need to set off the explosive because it was too dangerous to stock tons of dynamites and to avoid accidents,” ani Supiter.
“We have chosen the river because it was strategically situated for blasting, it was below the national highway, far from inhabitants and will not affect the environment or create landslides after the blast.”
Ang mga modernong explosives ay nakumpiska noong isang buwan sa China Mining Firm na matatagpuan sa Bai Saripinang, Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat. (PNA)
