The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is ready to help victims of the Davao City night market explosion early last month.
Full hospitalization coverage shall be provided for the victims of the bombing, said PCSO Chairman Jose Jorge E. Corpuz.
Corpuz has instructed the PCSO Charity Sector headed by Assistant General Manager Larry R. Cedro to facilitate the processing of the hospitalization assistance for the victims.
He has also instructed the PCSO Davao branch to consistently coordinate with hospitals where the victims are confined to ensure that all the required documents will be submitted for the processing of the hospitalization assistance.
The hospitalization assistance is in line with one of the charity programs of PCSO which is the Individual Medical Assistance Program where it provides assistance for hospitalization, chemotherapy, dialysis, laboratories, and other health and medical related needs of the patient. Victims may contact Atty. Elvie Ann Uy, branch manager of PCSO branch in Davao on the ground floor of the Maharlika Center, J.P.
