POTTERVILLE, Mich. (AP) – Three 18-year-old brothers and their two 18-year-old sisters have landed their first jobs, together, at a McDonald’s in Michigan.
The non-identical quintuplets said they can usually get through a working day without any customers recognizing they are siblings. Leith, Logan and Lucas Curtis all work in the kitchen at the restaurant in Potterville, near Lansing, MLive (http://bit.ly/2dp7ewD ) reported. Lauren Curtis works at the front counter and drive-thru, and Lindsey Curtis handles the lobby. “We call it McCurtis,” said Lori Curtis, the quintuplets’ mother, in a statement. Lucas and Lauren Curtis began working at the McDonald’s a year ago. Leith Curtis signed up in March, and Lindsay and Logan Curtis joined two months later.
Restaurant manager Jennifer Walters said the five siblings are great for business. The five siblings share one car in order to get back and forth from work. Each of them pitches in for gas. “Overall, it works pretty well,” Lori Curtis said. “They try not to get in each other’s way. They know when they’re at work, they’re there to work.”
