BDO Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of BDO Unibank, has renovated Tuguegarao City Main Health Center in Cagayan as part of its rehabilitation program in provinces severely affected by calamities.
To mark the completion of the project, executives of BDO inaugurated and turned over the health center to local government and health officials.
The inauguration was attended by BDO Tuguegarao-Buntun branch head Floree Ann Bautista, Tuguegarao vice mayor Bienvenido de Guzman II, Tuguegarao committee on health chairman Jude Bayona and Tuguegarao City Main Health Center medical officer Dr. Josefina Chua.
Funded by BDO Foundation, the project is in keeping with its disaster response advocacy and rehabilitation program for calamity-stricken provinces. Tuguegarao was devastated last year by Typhoon Lando, which caused severe flooding in several villages.
