Robert Bolick and Davon Potts made sure the San Beda Red Lions would be back for another trip to the NCAA finals.
Bolick and Potts played significant roles in the most crucial point of the season as the Red Lions dismantled the University of Perpetual Help Altas, 78-63, in their do-or-die Final Four match last night to forge a title showdown with the Arellano University Chiefs at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Watching helplessly as redshirts last year when San Beda’s five-year title reign came to an end, Bolick scored all of his 14 points in the first half that erased a nine-point deficit before Potts took over in the fourth quarter and led all scorers with 16 to secure the school’s 11th straight finals appearance.
