Ito ay isang kakaibang salad na may pinaghalong prawn at mga iba’t ibang prutas na talaga namang napakadaling gawin. Yum yum yum!
Ingredients:
250 g prawn, shelled and deveined
½ flour
1 pc egg
½ cup corn starch
½ cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup all-purpose cream
½ cup condensed milk
600 g fruit cocktail, drained
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, all-purpose cream, condensed milk and fruit cocktail. Season with salt to taste.
2. Season prawns with salt and black pepper. Dip in flour, egg and corn-starch. Deep-fry prawns until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels.
3. Put prawns on mayonnaise mixture and serve hot.
