Actress Jessy Mendiola has said that she would love to marry her rumored boyfriend Luis Manzano.
“Yes,” said Mendiola, when asked if she would love to marry Manzano at this point, during an interview on “Tonight With Boy Abunda” on ABS-CBN.
But Mendiola, who will turn 24 in December, refused to confirm if she and Manzano were officially a couple.
“Ang hirap pero nakikita naman kami ng mga tao. So uulitin ko na lang ’yun, what you see is what you get,” the actress said.
“We are very happy and we are just taking whatever..basta kung saan kami pupunta magkasama kami. Siguro dapat sya (Luis) ang tanungin nyo. Do I have a minute to win it?” she laughed.
In July, Mendiola said that she does not want to label her relationship with Manzano.
“I don’t want to label it as anything kasi sometimes we go out as group. We are friends but we are getting closer to each other. But you know, he knows that I have a lot of things to do right now and he knows that I am enjoying my life as it is,” the actress said.
Mendiola also said that she already met Congresswoman Vilma Santos-Recto, mother of Manzano.
“Sobrang bait nya, sobrang warm nya sa amin. When I got there, s’ya talaga ’yung unang bumaba. Sabi n’ya ‘Welcome!
Come in! Come in!’ Sobrang bait n’ya tapos she gave me a tour sa bahay nila and she showed me all the pictures. Her picture with Michael Jackson. Sabi ko ‘Wow! Someone as big as her giving me a tour in her humble home,” she said.
Mendiola also said that she did not talk about marriage with Ate Vi. “Pinaalala lang n’ya ’yung pagkain ko at diet.
Other than that, wala na kaming pinag-usapan.”
The FHM Sexiest Filipina for 2016 said that Manzano would be her date in Star Magic Ball later this month.
“Ready na raw ’yung suit n’ya. Prinisinta n’ya ’yung sarili nya. Sabi nya ‘O, ready na ’yung suit ko ha! See u there,” Mendiola said.
During the Fast Talk portion of the show, Mendiola said that Manzano, 34, always makes her laugh all the time.
Mendiola will soon star in the movie “Extra Service” along with Arci Munoz and Coleen Garcia.
She added that she has forgiven her bashers.
