Detained former Sen. Ramon “Bong” B. Revilla Jr. was taken to the hospital after complaining of severe headache and vomiting yesterday.
Senior Supt. Dionardo Carlos, spokesman of the Philippine National Police, said Revilla was first taken to the emergency room of the PNP General Hospital in Camp Crame, Quezon City at around 9 a.m.
“He experienced vomiting, severe headache, and hypertension,” said Carlos, quoting a report from the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Crame where Revilla is detained.
But on the recommendation of doctors of the PNP General Hospital, Revilla was transferred to the St. Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig City on board a PNP ambulance. Revilla arrived at the St. Luke’s at 11:40 a.m., according to Carlos.
Carlos said Revilla was undergoing X-ray examination in the latest report they received.
