NO SIGN OF FOREVER: Admitting that she has had one boyfriend too many, Angelica Panganiban admitted she hasn’t found her forever just yet.
Reason why, she added, marrying isn’t in her wish list at the moment.
The versatile actress-comedian, back on the big screen with a new film opposite Dingdong Dantes and Paulo Avelino, said she channels her relationship ideals through her movie roles.
In “The Unmarried Wife,” for example, Angelica plays a wife betrayed by her husband (played by Dingdong) repeatedly.
At the crossroads, she finds comfort in the seductive arms of another man, played by Paulo.
The former child actress said some of her scenes in the Maryo de los Reyes film were cathartic.
“Parang tunay na buhay,” she sighed.
“At least, I get to slap my husband in the film, something that I wasn’t able to do in my real-life relationships,” she revealed.
On the brighter side, love guru Angelica offered the following words of wisdom, also called hugot lines these days, to the general public. “Hangga’t nagmamahal, huwag kang susuko.”

BACK TO RELATIONSHIPS: “The Unmarried Wife” marks director Maryo J. delos Reyes’ return not just to Star Cinema but also to the celebrated relationship genre that has been his forte. He said it felt good to be back in familiar territory, having scored his biggest hits therein.
Among the director’s famous works along these lines are “My Other Woman” and “A Love Story.” Delos Reyes is on his 45th year as a filmmaker.
The family drama (opening on Nov. 16) reunites him with Angelica, his co-star in the 2012 smash hit “One More Try.”
