Former Kapuso actor Enzo Pineda has said that he is in the process of adjusting to the environment of ABS-CBN network where he just transferred.
Asked why he switched networks, Pineda said: “Unang una, natapos na ’yung contract ko with my management with the other network and I got a new manager Tito Arnold Vegafria. After that he brought me here and I’m a Kapamilya now.
I’m just happy na nandito ako. I’ve been given a lot opportunities and I really consider this as a second break.”
Pineda, 26, has also said that he is keeping up with the fast pace in his new “home.”
“Actually I waited for three months na wala akong work and sabi sa akin ni Tito Arnold just have patience. Mangyayari at mangyayari rin ’yung gusto natin. And now everything is happening and ang bilis ng mga pangyayari. So I just have to keep up with the pace,” said Pineda, during an interview on “Tonight With Boy Abunda” on ABS-CBN.
“May pagkakaiba sa network ko before I’m used to the staff and mas kilala ko sila so now I’m adjusting here. I’m also in the process of getting to know (the people here),” he said.
Pineda also said that there’s pressure in searching for his next television network after he did not renew his contract with GMA 7.
“It’s a big pressure in searching for a network. Kailangan ready ka and you have to put your best foot forward,” he said.
After seven years, Pineda cut ties with GMA 7 and transferred to ABS-CBN. He is now being managed by ALV Talent Circuit under Vegafria, the same team that manages the careers of Billy Crawford, Iya Villania, John Prats, Nikki Gil, and Carla Abellana.
