WHAT in heaven’s name is Cryosauna?
We were clueless when the topic was first presented to us during a recent “Matanglawin” TV show story conference.
It turns out cryosauna is a cold therapy that aims to heal your body.
Cryosauna is a medical therapy that uses cold air, says Mark Serra of Contour Rehabilitation and Wellness. He said that cryosauna uses cold dry air, or liquid nitrogen vapor about 132˚C. It does not only help your body release stress, but it also treats your joint pains, and improves your blood circulation.
The treatment lasts for two (2) to three (3) minutes only to avoid hypothermia.
