International men’s magazine British GQ hailed 2015 Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach of the Philippines as the “Hottest Woman of the Day” last February 9.
“The gorgeous Pia Wurtzbach is our #HottestWomanOfTheDay,” said the men’s magazine on Twitter.
The glossy men’s magazine also uploaded a photo of Wurtzbach in a Yamamay Bikini which was part of her final shoot as Miss Universe 2015.
After her reign as Miss Universe, Wurtzbach will fly to New York City to become an ambassador of the Miss Universe Organization. The Filipino-German beauty queen has signed up with WME/IMG, owners of the MUO.
“It really exceeded my expectations. It was a remarkable year. I’ve really grown as a woman. I learned so many things. This actually opened a lot of doors for me. Actually, I just signed with IMG so I am very excited about that,” Wurtzbach said.
The beauty queen also said that she is grateful that the owners of the international talent agency considered her under their wing.
