Nagsampa kahapon ng tax evasion charges ang Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) laban sa anim na negosyante dahil sa hindi pagbabayad ng income and business taxes na nagkakahalaga ng P100 million.
Sa magkakahiwalay na criminal complaints na isinumite sa Department of Justice, kinilala ni BIR Commissioner Caesar R. Dulay ang mga kinsuhan na sina Carlos De Castro, Jose Garcia at Miguel Garcia, managing director, finance administrator at treasurer ng Diversified Plastic Film System (DPFS) ng Makati.
Kinasuhan din sina Virginia Villanueva at Edgardo Villanueva, president at treasurer, ng High Capacity Security Force Inc. (HCSFI) ng Parañaque City; Ramon Montaño, Guderian Montaño at Jose Montaño, chairman, president at general manager ng Ruby Star Services, Inc. (RSSI) of Taguig City. (Jun Ramirez)
