The Lady Maroons displayed their great resolve particularly in their reception and serves to pick up their sixth victory against five losses at fifth place.
Last year’s Rookie of the Year Isa Molde finished with 15 points peppered with six aces, while Kathy Bersola fired 10 kills for 12 points for UP, which only needed 70 minutes in disposing of Adamson.

“Kailangan naming mag-ipon ng kumpiyansa para sa mga next match namin. Malaking tulong itong match na ito,” said UP assistant coach Rad Ricafor.
Adamson still struggled with its sluggish plays despite persistent attempts from Jema Galanza – who finished with 10 points and 23 digs – as the Falcons dropped their 11th consecutive loss in as many matches.
Meanwhile, Ateneo continued to dominate the men’s division as it walloped Adamson, 25-18, 25-20, 25-14, for its 11th straight triumph.
