Kapamilya stars Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo revealed how they started to love each other, as they still refused to label their relationship.
Dun ko na reailize na hindi lahat ginagawa yun,” said Bernardo when asked when she realized she loves Padilla, during an interview on “Tonight With Boy Abunda” on ABS-CBN.
In their latest movie “Can’t Help Falling In Love,” Bernardo and Padilla play a married couple who experience relationship crisis.
The premier love team, however, gave different views on marriage.
“Na-pi-feel mo na yun kung alam mo na. Sabi ni Kathryn, pinaplano ang kasal. I think hindi sya pina-plano dahil nararamdaman mo lang yan,” said Padilla.
Pareho kayong ma-ha-hassle.”
Abunda gave his unsolicited advice to the young couple on marriage.
You can prepare up to a certain point at importante na pinaghahandaan yun. But the moment you’re in it, dapat you’re ready for anything. At importante nga yung preparations emotionally, financially, intellectually. Lahat ng bagay, pinaghahandaan,” said Abunda.
The television host also asked them the last time they had an argument.
“Kung kelan na lang. Kagabi. That’s it,” said Bernardo as she laughed.
KathNiel also revealed their frighting moments when shooting a film.
“Sa mga mabibigat lang na eksena siguro. You don’t wanna fail. Kailangan s’yempre mabigay mo ‘yung gusto ng director mo. Mga ganung sitwasyon. Mga big moments,” said Padilla.
Bernardo said: “Sa stage. Yung moments bago ka mag-perform. Yung kinakabahan. Yun yung pinaka-nakakatakot. stage fright.”
Bernardo, 21, also denied that Padilla gave her an infinity ring.
Asked why they can’t stop falling in love, Padilla said: “Kasi siguro nag-go-grow kami ni Kathryn ng sabay. So lalo naming minamahal yung isa’t isa. Masarap na nagkakaintidihan kami along the way. Hindi kami nagka-clash sa mga bagay.”
KathNiel also said that they still have no plans for Holy Week because they were busy promoting the movie which opens on Black Saturday, April 15.
Padilla and Bernardo said that they are also excited about their businesses.
Bernardo will open a nail salon called “Kath Nails” while Padilla invests on resto bar called “District 8.”
“Maybe next month. It’s a business na gift ko for my mom. Since mahiliig ako magpa-nails.
After their movie, KathNiel will be busy with their newest Kapamilya teleserye called “La Luna Sangre”
Padilla, 21, recalled the difficult fight scene in the new TV series.
“Yung ginawa naming fight scene was very, very hard. Yung routine fight scene. Medyo out of this world pa ang isip namin nun dahil kakagaling lang namin ng shooting at tinapos namin yung pelikula,” the actor said.
