But World Boxing Organization bantam king Marlon Tapales and King Arthur Villanueva could not help but wish each other the best of luck in the runup to their respective fights this weekend.
“Good luck,” Tapales said in his social media as Villanueva prepares to face Zolani Tete of South Africa in a title eliminator fight on April 22 in Leicester, England.
Less than a day later in Osaka, Tapales will defend his crown against Shohei Omori.
