The 1st Metro Basketball Tournament unwraps today with three games at the San Andres Sports Complex in Manila.
The 11 a.m. showdown between Mayor Erap Estrada’s Manila and the boys of Metropolitan Manila Develiopment Authority chairman Tim Orbos highlights the three-game opening day schedule for players 16-years-old and below.
Tournament director Bonnie Tan said 16 participating teams will be divided into three groups of Caloocan, Malabon, Marikina, Navotas, Quezon City, and Valenzuela comprising North Division while Mandaluyong, Manila, MMDA, Pasig, Pateros, and San Juan will make up the Central division.
Las Piñas, Makati, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasay, and Taguig make up the South side.
