Actor Ian Veneracion has been in show business since childhood. He said that he will definitely not do any nude scenes.
“Not in this life, baby,” Veneracion laughed, when asked if he would ever do a nude scene, during an interview on “Tonight With Boy Abunda” on ABS CBN.
Veneracion also said that the part of body he would like to change is “my abs.”
In February 2016, Veneracion described the “sexiest man” tag as “good crazy” but added that he would never ever pose shirtless. “No way! Not in this life.”
The 42-year-old actor also explained why his wife was keeping a low profile.
“Hindi s’ya mahilig sa social media. Hindi s’ya mahilig mag-post, mag-selfie. She’s very private and sinasabi n’ya kunyari, ‘picture, lalaitin lang ako alam ko naman, eh.’ Kasi no matter what she does, yung mga (fans) rooting for Bea (Alonzo) and me, or for Jodie (Sta. Maria) and me, ‘alam kong lalaitin lang ako. Kaya bakit pa?’” said Veneracion.
Facing a big mirror during the late-night show, Veneracion revealed his biggest insecurity.
“You’re biggest insecurity is gaining so much weight. Just go to the gym, man! But you’re lazy to do that! So go play football, basketball. Just be more active!” the star of “A Love To Last” said.
Abunda also asked Veneracion to give advice to the “man in the mirror.”
“It’s a roller coaster ride. Enjoy everything pero not to the point na makakalimutan mo what’s really important. Don’t lose track of really who you are,” said Veneracion.
Veneracion rose to fame when he appeared in the comedy series “Joey and Son” with comedian Joey de Leon on RPN-9 in 1982. He later got married with three kids.
