Hi Ms. Rica:
I’m a married woman. My husband and I enjoy doing it and I noticed that when I stimulate him from behind, he loves it. I’ve read some articles on the “spot for men” but I do not know exactly how to stimulate it. Have you heard about this? Can you give me tips on how to massage and stimulate it?
Thank you,
M
Hi M,
I’m so happy that you and your husband are enjoying love making and that you’re open to try new things to please each other! Kudos to you both!
Yes, I know what you’re talking about! That sensitive and exciting area in men is the spot where the male prostate gland can be stimulated. The prostate is a small gland located under the male bladder that aids in reproduction. This zone is found inside their anal canal and it can be stimulated two ways.
One way is to do it externally, where you put gentle pressure on the area between the scrotum and the anus. This spot is called the perineum. With your fingers, you can lightly touch and rub the area or tickle it during play. You may also try experimenting with different stokes and pressures. But remember, you have to be gentle! This spot is near your husband’s prized balls, so you don’t want to hurt those and lose the moment.
Another way to do it is internally, where you can insert a finger about an inch from behind. If you’re going this route, I suggest that you ask your husband to go to the bathroom first and let go of what he needs to let go of.
Also, make sure that your fingernails are trimmed and smooth as you don’t want to unintentionally cut your husband inside, right? Having a water-based lube in hand could also be helpful so you both can enjoy your play!
While you’re doing the massaging (whether outside or inside) do not forget to ask your husband how it feels. Make him feel relaxed. Ask him if it feels good, if the pressure is right, or if he wants slower or faster strokes. You can also try touching other parts of his sexy body. Some men love the idea of their manhood being orally stimulated at the same time. Kissing could also give more intimacy and heighten his pleasure to put him over the edge.
With time, you can experiment with different positions and ways that you want to stimulate this spot. A lot of men say that when they’re stimulated here, they feel more pleasure and get more intense Os! Isn’t that exciting?! I’m excited for you! This doesn’t just affirm your bodily cravings, but this will also make you closer to each other! So have fun and good luck making your husband reach that whole new level of satisfaction with you!
