STUDENTS at Far Eastern University were thrilled that MNL48 road tour finally visited their campus in search for members of the Philippines’ next idol group last October 19.
Hallo hallo Entertainment Inc. (HHE) teamed up with Far Eastern University Central Student Organization to make this exclusive campus tour possible for Lady Tamaraws – ages 15-20 years old to audition, register, and have a chance to be part of the biggest idol group in the country, MNL48, the Philippines’ own version of the world-renowned Japanese and highest-selling idolgroup, AKB48.
Hundreds of aspiring MNL48 applicants flocked the venue to showcase their talent.
Students were especially excited when they got a closer look of the customized audition truck where they can showcase their charm, confidence, and most especially their talent. The audition truck is designed to capture the contestants’ performance, and update their video application; complete with video and audio recorder.
MNL48 is set to air on ABS-CBN as HHE has partnered with the Kapamilya network for the idol search which will be the first of its kind here in the Philippines. Girls with the most number of votes will be highlighted on the upcoming show.
To vote, one may register as a supporter through MNL48 website and mobile app, available at Google Play and App Store. Becoming a registered fan provides a unique supporting system as they can “Like” unlimited number of aspirants who they think deserves to be on the higher rank, as well as real-time access on the recent happenings of MNL48.
