The Philippine Sportswriters Association will hold its first PSA Forum of the year today at the Tapa King Restaurant at Farmers Market, Cubao, Quezon City.
PBA officer in charge Willie Marcial, newly designated PBA technical director Erik Castro, and Tapa King vice chairman Julius Magallanes will be the guests at the resumption of the PSA’s public service sports program backed by Pagcor and San Miguel Corp. The forum starts at 2 p.m.
Marcial and Castro will talk about the latest developments in the pro league’s search for a new commissioner as well as the coming season of the PBA D-League while Magallanes will touch on Tapa King’s sponsorship of the PSA Forum and the PSA Athlete of the Year award.
Bowler Krizziah Lyn Tabora, cue artist Carlo Biado and boxer Jerwin Ancajas share the PSA’s top honor that will be handed out on Feb. 27 at the Manila Hotel. The award will be known as the PSA Tapa King-Athlete of the Year.
