MEYCAUAYAN CITY, Bulacan – Police here arrested Monday three young men who allegedly raped a Grade 7 female student.
In his report to Senior Supt. Romeo M. Caramat Jr., Bulacan police director, Meycauayan City police chief, Supt. Kim Cobre, identified the eldest of the three suspects as Jeriemeh Padora Brusola, 18, a student residing in Brgy. Bayugo, Meycauayan City.
The names of his two co-horts, both 16 years old, were withheld by authorities.
Supt. Cobre, said the arrest of the three was prompted by the complaint of the father of the 13-year-old victim who went to police in the company of Bayugo barangay officials.
According to the father, her daughter was invited Sunday night by a friend to hang out at another friends’ house where they engaged in a drinking spree with the three suspects.
After the victim got intoxicated, the three suspects reportedly took advantage of the situation, raping the young girl in succession.
This is the third case of rape lodged in the province recently.
