The easterly winds, which will bring warm weather and thunderstorms in most parts of the country, will prevail throughout the country this week.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration, said the easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Caraga and Davao today.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to localized thunderstorms.
Last Friday and Saturday, PAGASA recorded the highest temperature so far this dry season at 35 degrees Celsius at the Science Garden Station in Quezon City. (Ellalyn V. Ruiz)
