President Duterte has urged the European Parliament to stop interfering with the country’s affairs, including its war on illegal drugs.
The President issued the statement after the European Union’s legislative body called on the government to stop the spate of extrajudicial killings in its anti-drug campaign.
“These idiots especially the European Parliament, they keep on harping on the Philippines of the death of, without a single one complaining about the death of the innocents dying and drug lords living with houses in Australia, in America at the expense of their fellowmen,” the President said during the convention of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines in Davao City last Thursday.
“Stop this business of intervening in the affairs of other countries. I assure you who in the world would like or relish to kill his own countrymen?” Duterte said.
