President Duterte’s net trust rating went down 10 points and one grade from an “excellent” +75 in December 2017 to “very good” +65 last March, a Social Weather Stations first quarter survey said.
The latest net trust rating of Duterte is similar to the “very good” +60 in September 2017.
The survey conducted among 1,200 respondents from March 23 to 27 found out that 76 percent said they have “much trust” in the President.
Fourteen percent were “undecided,” and 10 percent said they have “little trust.”
Duterte’s net trust ratings remained “excellent” in Visayas and Mindanao and “good” in Balance Luzon but fell by one grade from “excellent” to “very good” in Metro Manila.
The Chief Executive’s net trust ratings in eight surveys fielded by SWS since June 2016 were “excellent” in six and “very good” in two.
