Playing an illegal gambling game led to the arrest of two alleged drug personalities in Caloocan City Thursday morning.
Police identified the suspects as Mark Anthony Montemayor, 27, sidecar driver; and Romarco Sakay, 23, helper. Both are to face additional charges of illegal drug possession with police finding two heat-sealed plastic sachets containing shabu concealed in their pockets.
The arrest was prompted by a concerned citizen who reported seeing a group of men playing cara y cruz along Daang Bakal Street in Barangay 15. The two are now locked up at the Caloocan police detention cell.
