Cristine Reyes it seems would rather have her fans continue with speculations as to the state of her marriage with Ali Khatibi.
Rumor about their marriage being on the rocks has been going on for some time now, with Reyes posting on Instagram early January a prayer that many thought alluded to this.
It read: “Dear God, I pray for my marriage right now.
“Please guard my relationship with my husband and protect us against elements that tempt or taunt us to ruin what we have.
“Convict our hearts when we are wrong or un-righteous, fill us with a passion to get better and bless us with a deep love for each other in Jesus name AMEN.”
The flames were doused somewhat with Khatibi posting a mischievous rebuttal on Instagram sometime later.
He wrote: “I vow to still grab your butt even when you’re old and wrinkly.”
But the talk was revived with Reyes unfollowing then subsequently following her husband again on Instagram only this month.
That the two do not post photos of them together on Instagram anymore doesn’t help matters.
Reyes had the chance to quell the gossip at the recently concluded Guillermo Mendoza Awards but she wouldn’t.
Oh well…
