A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play infront of a capacity ‘Manila Clasico’ crowd inside the Smart-Araneta Coliseum awaits the final protagonists of the Ginebra San Miguel 3×3 Tapang ng Tatluhan this year.
Sixteen teams are in contention and only two of them will have the chance to play before the highly-anticipated showdown between Barangay Ginebra and Magnolia Ang Pambansang Manok on June 17 at the historic Big Dome.
This marks the second consecutive year of Ginebra San Miguel’s partnership with the Philippine Basketball Association in helping promote the fast-rising 3×3 basketball event which is set to be part of the sporting calendar in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Aside from the bragging rights, the eventual national champion will bag the top purse of P50,000 in cash. The losing finalist team won’t come home empty handed since the first runner-up will receive P25,000.
Meanwhile, all title hopefuls will continue their quest for glory in the National Championship tournament which will be held at Robinsons Place Manila on June 15.
