All of us want to become wealthy.
I have never met anyone who wants to be poor and broke. However, most people do not understand the real concept of becoming rich.
Some say you just need to work hard and one day you will become rich. Working hard is good but it may never be enough until such time you understand that you also need to work smart.
Working smart means you allow money to work for you instead of you working for money.
Our money will not grow on its own. For money to grow, it needs to be invested into something that will generate some form of growth.
In order for you to become truly wealthy, you got to understand that money is a doubling game.
This literally means doubling our money in a given period of time. Achieving this is one way to get rich in life and establish a financially healthy future for us and our loved ones.
Here are five questions we need to ask ourselves when setting a concrete goal to double our money:
1. HOW MUCH ARE YOU WILLING TO RISK?
We should be very clear with this right from the very beginning. Are you willing to risk it all or are you willing to only risk a minimal amount? Let us leave no room for surprises that may discourage us or frustrate us.
2. HOW LONG ARE YOU WILLING TO WAIT?
Are you patient enough to wait?
Mathematical laws provide that in order to grow our money, we need to give it a little bit of time to do so. Our money will not double overnight. We need to be able to ask ourselves how long we are willing to wait. It will take five to seven years to grow a mango tree.
3. HOW FAR ARE YOU WILLING TO GO?
What sacrifices are we willing to offer in order to meet our goal? At some point, we have to make necessary sacrifices in order to make things happen. Are you willing to do whatever it takes?
4. HOW HARD ARE YOU WILLING TO WORK?
Expectedly, we have to work double time as well in order for our money to grow exponentially. The extent by which it will grow is partly dependent on the effort we are willing to put in. Are you willing to pay the price in order to get what you want?
5. DO YOU HAVE A PLAN OF ACTION?
An idea is just an idea if you don’t have a plan of action. You just got to have a specific plan in order to take your ideas and turn them into a reality.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
Are you making concrete goals to grow your money? How much are you willing to risk? How hard are you willing to work in order to reach your goal?

Life is all about taking risks especially where it involves money. Taking risks also means protecting our money at all cost.
