The Laguna Heroes stretched their winning streak to four games while the Pasay Voyagers snapped a three-game skid after beating separate opponents Tuesday night in the 2018 Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League Datu Cup at The Astrodome in Pasay City.
The Heroes downed the Batangas City Athletics, 61-54, while the Voyagers prevailed over the GenSan Warriors, 70-64, to improve their respective win-loss tallies to 6-4 and 3-7, respectively.
Michael Mabulac paced the Heroes with 14 points, eight rebounds and five blocks while Ralph Olivarez and Lord Hower Casajeros chipped in 12 and 10 points, respectively.
Yvan Ludovice and Jan Jamon, meanwhile, led the Voyagers with 15 points each with Bobby Balucanag adding 12 points and nine rebounds.
