Under City Ordinance No. 8547 or Discipline Hour, minors aged 18 below are prohibited from wandering the streets from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m..
Curfew violators will have to undergo intervention programs in their barangays or do community service.
Meanwhile, their parents will have to pay a fine of P2, 000 to P5, 000 or face one to six months of jail time.
