The Philippine Tennis Association (Philta) is hosting the Asian Tennis Federation’s (ATF) Annual General Meeting starting today until Sunday at the Manila Peninsula Hotel in Makati City.
The three-day convention will be attended by ATF President Annil Kumar Khanna of India, ATF Board of Directors and officials from different national tennis federations.
The meeting is expected to tackle visions and plans of different officials to strengthen the sport in the region.
The event also serves an avenue to gather insights from each other to be more effective leader.
Atty. Antonio Cablitas, who was elected by Philta members as President of the association, was appointed Co-Chairman of ATF’s powerful Constitution and Amendments Committee.
Cablitas’ appointment was in recognition of what he’s been doing to the association.
