TWO Koreans and their Filipino companion were arrested during a drug bust Wednesday morning in Malate, Manila.
Police identified the suspects as Shyrel Tumbali, 33; Koreans Yunsung Le, 49; and Hyun Kisuk, 60.
They were apprehended after an undercover agent bought from Tumbali P200 worth of shabu around 2:45 a.m. on San Andres Street.
Police recovered from the suspects a sachet of “shabu”, a transparent canister containing illegal drugs, a strip and roll of aluminum foil and P200 marked money.
The suspects are now detained at Manila Police District (MPD) Station 9. They were charged with violation of Sections 5, 11, 12, 15, and 26 of Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (Ria Fernandez)
