NEWLY crowned Miss Universe Catriona Gray flew to New York City Thursday night to start her reign.
Notably, she is doing so with a multitude of pageant fans by her side.
Her Instagram followers swelled to three million just three days after she won the title.
“How I’m feeling now that there’s 3MILLION of you on this journey,” says Gray on IG.
A few days before her coronation last Dec. 17, Gray’s followers numbered 800,000.
The beauty queen arrived in Manila on a private plane last Wednesday.
Before she left the country, Gray attended a private charity function.
As soon as she arrives in The Big Apple, Gray will do a promotional tour of popular American radio and television shows.
According to Richelle Singson-Michael, daughter of former Gov. Luis “Chavit” Singson, who, incidentally, facilitated her flight back to Manila from Bangkok, Gray is expected to return to Manila in January “for her victory parade and press conference.”
