This was the statement given by former Special Assistant to the President and aspiring senator Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go, a reiteration of his commitment to improve the plight of farmers in the Philippines.
The former SAP visited Prosperidad, this province, as a guest of honor in the 1st Upland Sustainable Agri-Forestry Development Farmers’ Market Day and Sharing of Best Practices event at the Datu Lipus Makapandong Cultural Center.
Go was welcomed in the event by Agusan del Sur Gov. Adolph Plaza, provincial government officials, local leaders, and residents of the area.
A day earlier, Go was welcomed with open arms by Ilocanos in Ilocos Norte.
Go and the rest of the Hugpong ng Pagbabago political party visited Laoag City to mark the start of their party’s campaign in Ilocos Norte. Go and his fellow HNP senatorial bets were welcomed by a crowd composed of provincial government officials, local leaders, and residents.
Go thanked the people of Ilocos Norte for continuously supporting the Duterte administration and its programs for the betterment of the country.
