The Tamaraws, who joined the defending champion National University Bulldogs in semifinals, provided a tough defensive wall at the net with 12 blocks for their ninth win in 11 matches.
Jude Garcia paced FEU with 11 points built on eight spikes, two blocks and an ace while John Paul Bugaoan added 10 points.
UE slipped to 2-9 after getting dominated in attacks (37-26), blocks (12-1) and service aces (5-3).
Meanwhile, NU rolled to a 10th straight victory at the expense of De La Salle, 25-20, 25-21, 25-16, to solidify its title campaign.
Already in the Final Four a few days ago, the defending champion Bulldogs showed grit in the attack line behind Bryan Bagunas and Angelo Almendras.
Bagunas was unstoppable at the net and hammered down 21 of his 23 points on kills while Almendras pumped in 10 hits for 11 points.
NU overpowered La Salle in all departments, dispatching the Green Spikers in 66 minutes with setter Joshua Retamar delivering a variety of plays.
