Two siblings died during a fire that struck a residential area in Tondo, Manila, early Tuesday morning.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said the fatalities — Ckrezhan Francine Jagunos, 15, female, and Hazel Lance Jagunos, 12, male — were locked in embrace when they were found by rescuers.
“When we conducted a search inside the house, we found them lifeless at the second floor inside their room and they looked like they embraced each other during the fire,” said Fire Inspector Troy Juaneza , arson investigator.
He said the fire started at around 3:36 a.m. along Soriano Street in Barangay 35 Zone 3 District 1, Tondo on April 30. It was raised to second alarm at 3:39 a.m. and was declared fire out at around 4:16 a.m.
The fire started in a house owned by Fely Galang, 49, businesswoman and resident of Soriano Street, Tondo.
Juaneza said the fatalities were possibly suffocated inside their room. The bodies were brought to Lorenzo Funeral Homes.
At least 12 families were affected by the fire.
Juaneza said they are still determining the cause of fire and the cost of the damage. (Erma Edera)
I have noticed that over the course of making a relationship with real estate homeowners, you’ll be able to get them to understand that, in most real estate financial transaction, a fee is paid. In the long run, FSBO sellers don’t “save” the payment. Rather, they fight to win the commission by way of doing a strong agent’s work. In doing this, they commit their money and also time to conduct, as best they will, the obligations of an representative. Those assignments include exposing the home through marketing, delivering the home to prospective buyers, constructing a sense of buyer urgency in order to trigger an offer, arranging home inspections, handling qualification checks with the loan provider, supervising maintenance, and aiding the closing.
