A lone bettor who placed a bet in a lotto outlet in Manila bagged the P142-million Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot last Sunday.
A lone bettor who placed a bet in a lotto outlet in Zambales also won the P72-million Ultra Lotto 6/58 jackpot last Sunday.
The Super Lotto 6/49 winning combination was 25-31-7-28-18-27. Sunday’s draw had a jackpot of P142,668,428.80.
The Ultra Lotto 6/58 draw the other day, which had the winning numbers 6-17-4-26-8-15, had a jackpot prize of P72,169,131.
Both jackpot prizes will be subject to 20 percent tax in accordance with the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law, PCSO said.
The government will get a whopping P42,967,512.04 in taxes from the two jackpot prizes.
To claim the prizes, the winning bettors must go to PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City and present two valid identification cards.
Lawyer Marissa Medrano, PCSO spokesperson, urged the public to keep on patronizing the agency’s products as a large chunk of the agency’s revenues go to charity.
