Eight vehicles caught fire at a parking area in Pasig City on Monday morning, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.
Six jeepneys, a Montero sports utility vehicle and a motorcycle were engulfed by fire that started around 8:20 a.m. at a parking area on Castillo Street in Barangay Kalawaan.
Firefighters quickly responded and declared the fire out 10 minutes later, the BFP said.
Authorities pegged the damages at about P1.5 million.
