Camille Villar, Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar, Department of Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez, Pasay Mayor Imelda Calixto- Rubiano and Arnel Ignacio along with 4,000 participants join the 9th OFW and Family Summit at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. The summit, spearheaded by the Villar family through its foundation -- the Villar Social Institute for Poverty and Governance (VILLAR SIPAG) -- focused on the concerns of the OFWs such as financial literacy and starting a business.
