The wish of a loyal lotto bettor to become a millionaire was fulfilled when he bagged the P22-million jackpot of Mega Lotto 6/45 using the six-digit combination which he saw in his dream, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said.
PCSO General Manager Royina Garma said that the bettor, who is in his early 50s, claimed the jackpot prize Tuesday morning in her office.
She was told by the new millionaire, who is a sales representative, that he has been purchasing lotto tickets for nearly 25 years.
The winning combination the new winner saw in his dream was 19-07-09-06-22-16, and it had a total jackpot prize of P22,163,563. 60. It was drawn last November 16, 2019 at 9 p.m.
Garma said that the lucky winner had been purchasing tickets for three consecutive days after the three digits manifested in his dreams.
“Inalagaan niya talaga niya talaga ‘yung napanaginipan niyang mga numero. Tatlong araw niyang sunod-sunod na tinayaan bago siya manalo,” the PCSO general manager said.
The winner said he had been constantly monitoring the website of PCSO to know the winning combination, hoping to bag the jackpot.
