SUNSHINE Cruz’s eldest daughter Angelina looks every inch her doppelganger.
It is no surprise the young lady is soon to be launched among newest stars of a network.
Many believe Angelina has what it takes to make it big and not only because she has “artista genes” (Her father is the awarded actor Cesar Montano).
She’s a really good singer like her mom and dad.
In fact, she already landed a hit of sorts with her remake of Orange and Lemons’ “Hanggang Kailan (Umuwi Ka Na Baby)” garnering over a million streams on Spotify.
But Angelina herself is not keen on rushing things.
“Right now I’m focusing on my studies, but I already cut an album na po,” the 18-year old said.
Preparing to dive into acting, Angelina is now toning down her being “inglesera.”
“I’m starting to practice my Tagalog,” she divulged.
She admitted there is huge pressure following her parents’ footsteps, but she’s up to it.
“I have to really live up to the high expectations because of my parents but I’m more than ready for it. I just want to try and see where it will lead. I will just give my all.”
What about beauty pageants, we asked.
“I’m open din po,” she answered.
