Eight teenagers were arrested by the police for allegedly smoking marijuana in a police car in Tayabas City, Quezon yesterday.
A report reaching Camp Crame in Quezon City stated that a resident informed police that a group of teenagers were smoking marijuana in a patrol car parked in an auto shop for repair.
A team of policemen were immediately sent to confirm the report. They caught the suspects smoking marijuana, resulting in their arrest.
Confiscated from them were a small glass tube containing dried leaves of suspected marijuana weighing 2.45 grams and a small crumpled paper with traces of dried marijuana leaves. (Aaron Recuenco)
